THEATRE ETIQUETTE GUIDELINES
It is required that your students are familiar with these guidelines prior to each visit to our theatres in order to ensure that this theatre experience be equally enjoyable for your students and our other patrons. You can link to the theatre etiquette guidelines information here.
The Mirvish Parking Garage is located at John Street, just North of King Street under the Princess of Wales Theatre. No bus parking permitted.
NOTE: If you are a group organizer, please make sure the bus company hired for your trip is aware of these parking spaces. Buses may legally “stop” to pick-up or drop-off passengers in any area where a “No Parking” or “No Standing” regulation is posted, provided the bus is actually engaged in this activity. If the bus is found parking in these spaces, hefty fines will be issued. Mirvish Productions is not responsible for any fines issued.
Taking local transit is an easy and affordable way to get to the Mirvish Theatres. All the theatres are easily reached by subway and streetcar. The Royal Alexandra and the Princess of Wales are just a few steps west of the St. Andrew Subway Station (at the intersection of King Street and University Avenue), and the King Street streetcars stop in front of both buildings. From Union Station, the theatres are a quick 10 minute walk for VIA Rain and GO Transit riders.
The Ed Mirvish Theatre is just south of the Dundas Subway stop, on the Yonge Street line. It is also just a short walk north of the Queen stop. From Union Station, the theatre is approximately a 20 minute walk for VIA Rain and GO Transit riders.
The Panasonic Theatre is midway between the Bloor/Yonge and Wellesley subway stations.
All sales are final. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations.Some restrictions apply. A service charge of $1.00 per ticket is applicable on all group bookings. An additional charge of $3.50 per order applies to groups under 20. Courier charges may apply. Each ticket includes applicable taxes and a $3.25 C.I.F charge. All prices are in Canadian funds.Group ticket purchases require a 20% non-refundable deposit to be paid within 3 weeks of booking. For orders of 75 or more tickets, a 40% non-refundable deposit will need to be submitted at the time of booking. Balances are due in full 8 weeks prior to performance date. Group bookings of less than 20 tickets are due in full at the time of booking. Holiday pricing may apply.

Small groups can now be purchased online for select shows. Create an online user at www.mirvish.com and use the BUY GROUP button when selecting your show.
FACILITIES FOR HEARING-IMPAIRED
The Royal Alexandra, the Princess of Wales, the Ed Mirvish and the Panasonic are all equipped with infra-red listening systems for the benefit of the hearing-impaired. These systems require use of headsets which are available, free of charge, at the theatre coat-check counters (at the lobby concession desk in the Royal Alexandra).
Please reserve a headset, as there are limited numbers, by calling 416-593-0351 ext 533 or email email@example.com at least 48 hours before your performance. Patrons borrowing headsets will be asked to leave a piece of photo ID or credit card (as a form of security deposit) which will be given back when the undamaged headset is returned, following the performance.

Limited accessible seating is available at each of our theatres. If you require accessibility seating for your group, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs.
