Your Subscription Tickets

Throughout the season you will receive your tickets approximately two months before the first performance of each show. Off-Mirvish tickets are mailed together prior to the first production. You can choose to receive your tickets by regular mail or print-at-home tickets via email. Please call Mirvish Subscriptions if you wish to change your delivery method.

Your performance date and time for each Subscription show are not confirmed until tickets are delivered. Adjustments can be made during the seating process.


By providing your email address we will be able to keep in contact with you throughout the season regarding important Subscriber information. We will also provide you with preshow emails so you don’t miss your performance.

Ticket Exchanges

Subscription tickets can be exchanged at no charge, but must be exchanged a minimum of two business days prior to the performance date. Ticket exchanges can be made by phone and are subject to seating availability.


A benefit of being a Mirvish Subscriber is receiving the free, must-read, Subscriber newsletter, that provides you with in-depth information about the shows on your Subscription season.

ORCHESTRA seats are the seats on the first floor of a theatre. All our theatres have three sections in the orchestra seating area. Sections are indicated “right,” “left,” or “centre” orchestra.

The DRESS CIRCLE (Princess of Wales & Royal Alexandra Theatre) or the MEZZANINE (Ed Mirvish) is the first balcony in the theatre.

The BALCONY (Princess of Wales, CAA & Royal Alexandra Theatre) contains the uppermost seats in a theatre and is the third level of seating in the theatre.


The Royal Alexandra, the Princess of Wales, the Ed Mirvish and the CAA are all equipped with infra-red listening systems for Deaf and Hard of Hearing. These systems require use of headsets which are available, free of charge, at the theatre coat-check counters (at the lobby concession desk in the Royal Alexandra). Please reserve a headset, as there are limited numbers, by calling 416.593.0351, ext. 2014 or email at least 48 hours before your performance. Patrons borrowing headsets will be asked to leave a piece of photo ID or credit card (as a form of security deposit) which will be given back when the undamaged headset is returned, following the performance.


We always strive to bring you the best theatre, however, due to the nature of live performance, all programs, artists, dates and venues are subject to change. All Subscription prices include an administrative fee. HST 101575844. Due to unforeseen circumstances, seat allocation may change without notice. All gross prices include $3.25 Capital Improvement Fund (CIF). New subscriptions are processed on a first-come-first-served basis after renewing subscriptions. All shows not part of the Subscription season, including bonus shows, include HST and CIF. Seating subject to availability. No refunds.

We cannot process your Subscription renewal until full payment or partial payment is received by the payment deadline. There will be a $25 charge for any cheques returned from the bank. For credit card payments the amount of your subscription will be charged to your account under “Mirvish Productions” upon receipt of your order. Cash payment can only be made in person at the Subscription Office, at which time a receipt may be obtained. Cash may be used as a full payment or as a deposit accompanied by a post-dated cheque.

By opting to pay a season Subscription in instalments, the purchaser (Subscriber) is responsible for providing a valid credit card or post-dated cheques with sufficient funds to be charged on the same date of each month for the duration of the instalment plan until the season Subscription is paid in full. All equal instalments must be paid on or before the date arranged at the time of purchase. A payment in arrears will result in a suspension of any further activity on the account until a payment has been made. The Subscriber will have up to 15 days to clear the default payment. A $25.00 service charge will be applied for any instalment that cannot be processed for reasons not under the control of Mirvish Subscriptions; including, but not limited to: an invalid or expired credit card, insufficient funds or cheques returned by the bank. Mirvish Subscriptions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the payment plan at any time due to a failed payment. If we are unable to process the default payment within 15 days from the due date, Mirvish Subscriptions reserves the right to cancel the season Subscription order.


A $25 per seat cancellation fee will apply if a Subscription is cancelled after the first performance. In addition, you will be charged the regular box office ticket price, plus service charges, on any past performances and extra ticket purchases. All refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment, with the exception of cash payments, in which case a cheque will be issued.


Mirvish Subscriptions will do its best to accommodate Subscribers who miss their performance into a future performance of the same production and engagement. A $10, per ticket, replacement fee applies. Reseating is at the discretion of Mirvish Subscriptions and is subject to availability. There is no guarantee of replacing tickets into future performances.
