Special Performances

😌 Chilled Performance: July 2, 1:30PM

A Chilled Performance offers a more relaxed and welcoming theatre environment with eased expectations around traditional theatre etiquette. Patrons are welcome to make noise, and leave or re-enter the auditorium as needed throughout the performance.

Unlike our Relaxed performances, Chilled performances contain no changes to the content of the show.

A Chilled Performance is ideal for those nervous about being in a traditional theatre setting so it’s great for carers/people who may be experiencing dementia or Alzheimer’s, people who are neurodivergent and parents/carers with babes-in-arms or very young children (children 2+ must have a ticket). Overall, a Chilled Performance aims to be welcoming to all.

Though no modifications are made to the production, certain supports will be available including detailed content warnings, quiet spaces, fidget toys, Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) and children's noise-cancelling headsets.
