Our theatres are easily reached by car, transit, and foot with a number of options for accessible parking.

The Princess of Wales and Royal Alexandra theatres are located just a block apart, along King Street West, in the heart of Toronto's Entertainment District. The theatres are one block west of Roy Thomson Hall and two blocks north of the Rogers Centre, the CN Tower and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

BY CAR: If you are arriving by car from out of town, the Princess of Wales and the Royal Alexandra are just north of the Gardiner Expressway (the QEW, to and from Hamilton, Niagara and Buffalo).

BY RAIL: Visitors arriving by VIA or GO Train can walk to the Princess of Wales and Royal Alexandra theatres from Union Station. It is just a ten-minute walk to reach the theatres; west along Front St. to Simcoe, and north on Simcoe to King or you can take the subway from Union Station (on the University line) one stop North to the St. Andrew Subway Station.

BY TRANSIT: Both theatres are located near St. Andrew station. Visit the TTC website to plan your visit.

MIRVISH PARKING (Princess of Wales Theatre, 300 King Street West): There are four levels of parking located beneath the theatre, with an entrance ramp off John Street. The maximum height clearance is 6 feet 5 and 3/4 inches. Accessible spaces, elevators and access ramps are available.

Thursday & Friday: 6AM to 4AM
Saturday & Sunday: 11AM to 4AM

CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre - 244 Victoria Street

The CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre can be found at 263 Yonge Street, (just below Dundas Square, across the street from the Eaton Centre. The box office and main entrance are at the rear of the building, at 244 Victoria Street. Patrons who might have difficulty using stairs should come to the Victoria St. entrance, where there is an elevator to the orchestra level.

BY CAR: If you are driving into Toronto via Highway 401 (the MacDonald-Cartier Freeway), the Gardiner Expressway is linked to the 401 to the east by the Don Valley Parkway (Highway 404) and to the west by Highway 427.

From the Don Valley Parkway, take the Richmond Street exit, travel west to Victoria Street, then north to the CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre.

From Highway 427, take the Gardiner Expressway to Jarvis Street, going north to Richmond, travel west to Victoria Street, then north on Victoria Street.

BY RAIL: Visitors arriving by VIA or GO Train can walk to the CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre from Union Station. Walk to Yonge St., one block east of Union. Then it is just a fifteen-minute walk up Yonge St. to reach the theatre. You can also catch the subway (Yonge line) at Union Station and ride to Dundas, three stops away.

BY TRANSIT: The CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre is just south of the Dundas Subway stop, on the Yonge Street line. It is also just a short walk north of the Queen stop. Visit the TTC website to plan your visit.

AREA PARKING: There is underground parking at the Green P municipal lot beneath Dundas Square (with garage entrance at Dundas and Victoria); at the Eaton Centre (with entrance off Yonge at Shuter, just southwest of the theatre); at St. Michael’s Hospital (with entrance off Victoria Street, just south of the theatre). There is a surface parking lot just across the street from the theatre (237 Victoria Street).

CAA Theatre

The CAA Theatre is located midway between the Yonge and Bloor to the North and Wellesley (to the south) subway stations.

BY CAR: If you are driving into Toronto via Highway 401 (the MacDonald-Cartier Freeway), the Gardiner Expressway is linked to the 401 to the east by the Don Valley Parkway (Highway 404) and to the west by Highway 427.

From the Don Valley Parkway, take the Bloor Street exit, going east on Bloor to Jarvis Street, south on Jarvis to Charles St, west on Charles to Yonge Street.

From Highway 427, to the Gardiner Expressway to Jarvis Street, going north to Charles Street, west on Charles to Yonge Street.

BY RAIL: Visitors arriving by VIA or GO Train who enjoy walking should plan to arrive at the CAA Theatre in approximately 40 minutes. Or, catch the subway (Yonge line) at Union Station and ride to Wellesley station.

BY TRANSIT: Exit at Yonge and Bloor, or Wellesley subway stations. Visit the TTC website to plan your visit.

AREA PARKING: There is underground parking at the Green P municipal Charles/Hayden lot (garage access on both Charles Street East and Hayden Street), as well as a private lot at One Bloor East. A street-level Green P municipal lot is located at Gloucester Lane / Isabella Street.
