Your Subscriber Card is personalized with your Subscriber number, which helps us locate your account information quickly when assisting you over the phone or at our theatre box offices.
WHY IS THERE MONEY ON MY SUBSCRIBER CARD?
All Mirvish Subscribers receive Mirvish money on their Subscriber Card. The amount of money on your card is determined by the number of incentives available to you as a renewing or new Subscriber. To check the balance of your Subscriber Card, login to your Subscriber account or call Mirvish Subscriptions.

Simply show your Subscriber Card at one of our participating restaurants to receive a discount on your meal and enjoy discounts on admission to many area attractions. Conditions apply.
Present your Subscriber Card to receive a $4.00 parking discount at the Princess of Wales Theatre parking garage. Discount is only valid during Subscription shows taking place at either the Princess of Wales or Royal Alexandra Theatres. Valid for one use, per Subscription show. Separate vouchers will be issued for parking at the Atrium on Bay. Main Season Subscribers Only.

Where can I use my Subscriber Card?
You can use your subscriber card at concession stands in our theatres (not available for in-seat service) as well the parking lot beneath the Princess of Wales Theatre.
If I lose my card, what should I do?
Contact the Mirvish Subscription Office as soon as possible (416.593.4225 or 1.800.771.3933) to have your card cancelled and a new one–reissued. Unfortunately any credit used before your lost card is reported as stolen cannot be reimbursed. Protect your card like cash.
My card doesn’t scan at the theatre, what can I do?
In the event of technical difficulty at the theatre, we encourage you to complete your purchase with an alternative method of payment and email us your receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then be happy to reimburse you by adding a credit for the amount spent to your card.
Do I need to use the credit by a certain day/time?
The credit on your account will not expire. It can be used at any time.
What happens when the season ends? Can I still use my card?
You may use the credit on your card at any time, whether you’re a current subscriber or not. Subscriber discounts at our partner restaurants will only be honoured for current subscribers.
How can I reload or add money to my Subscriber Card?
Login to your TicketKing account. Once logged in, navigate to "Check/Reload Card". You can also call the Subscription Office or visit any of our Theatre Box Offices.
Terms & Conditions
Your Subscriber Card identifies the holder as a Mirvish Subscriber. It may be presented as payment towards your purchase at any Mirvish Productions theatre concession or bar, coat check or at the Princess of Wales Theatre parking garage, when a credit balance on the Mirvish Subscriber account is available. Credit on the account does not expire. Your Subscriber Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Resale of your card or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes is prohibited. Use of your Subscriber Card is subject to the terms and conditions governing its use, which may be amended by Mirvish Productions from time to time in its discretion. Discounts at partner restaurants and attractions may also be available by presenting your Subscriber Card. Protect your card like cash. If your card is lost or stolen, please alert Mirvish Productions as soon as possible. Ed Mirvish Enterprises reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold Subscriber Cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued or for other violations of Mirvish Productions policies. Refunds for orders paid with a Subscriber Card are applied to the Subscriber Card.
