Our Most Popular Questions

NO – under no circumstance can you change the name on your winning tickets. Mirvish Productions must validate the identity of the entrant from the time they enter the lottery all the way to the moment they claim their tickets.

NO – unfortunately, tickets purchased via a Mirvish digital lottery are not transferable. If you cannot attend the performance you won for, please try entering again for a later date.

Seats are determined by Mirvish Productions. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee seating locations. Your tickets may be partial view and, while every effort will be made to seat pairs together, there is a chance that pairs may be split up. If you have any accessibility requests, please contact us at lottery@mirvish.com and let us know your name, which show and performance you’ve won for. Thank you!

Entering a Lottery

Our verification emails are sent from lottery@mirvish.com. It is possible that we may have been marked as spam by your provider. If you have already checked your spam/junk/promotions folders, you could either ask your provider to add us to your safe sender list or try to create a new account with a secondary email address. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes! Each one is drawn separately, so feel free to enter for as many performances as you want. Some lotteries may have limitations on the number of tickets you can purchase for an engagement. See your lottery entry page and rules for more details.

No, you cannot; the name on your entry match the name on your valid photo ID.

Please scroll up and verify that all of the information that you’ve entered is correct and that you’ve checked off both the circle that indicates that you’re over the local age of majority and the box that indicates that you’re not a robot. If you’re entering a phone number, please enter just the numbers!

If you’re still not receiving a success message, we recommend closing your browser, clearing your browser's cache, and trying again. Google Chrome or Firefox on a computer work best! If that doesn’t work, you can try an incognito window or a phone and see if that does the trick.

It’s totally random—your chances are the same!

Getting Notifications

You’ll only be receiving text notifications if you win and have selected to be notified by SMS. Winners and non-winners who enter on the website can expect results emailed to them, but only winners will get texts

Have you checked all of your spam, junk, promotions, and trash folders? Are you certain that you spelled your email correctly when you entered? It’s also possible that your e-mail provider has a more robust spam filtering and is blocking emails from us without even letting them get to your folder. We’d recommend entering with your personal email.

Have you checked all of your spam, junk, promotions, and trash folders? Are there any other email addresses that you could have entered from? It’s also possible that your email was quarantined, in which case you’ll need to get in touch with your email provider to have it released. If you still can’t find the email, contact us at lottery@mirvish.com.

Keep in mind that a number of our lotteries have tens of thousands of entrants. It sometimes takes a while to get all the emails out, but just be patient!

Buying Tickets

That error usually indicates that you need to clear the cache on your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox on a computer. Try clearing your cache on both of them and trying again.

Unfortunately, wins can’t be transferred to another performance. Sorry!

Please contact us at lottery@mirvish.com and let us know your name, which show and performance you’ve won for. We’ll get in touch with you regarding your request!

Could you check your bank or credit card account to make sure that your payment has been processed? If it has been, you’re all set; receipts take a little longer to get processed and sent through, but rest assured—it’s on its way! If it doesn’t arrive by tomorrow morning, please let us know.

We’re so sorry, but if you enter and win for two tickets, you can only purchase either both or neither.

Unfortunately, no; we’re not able to extend purchase deadlines.
