THEATRE SEATING FOR THE CAA (formerly the PANASONIC)

ORCHESTRA seats are the seats on the first floor of a theatre. There are three sections in the orchestra seating area. Sections are indicated “right,” “left,” or “centre” orchestra.

The BALCONY is the first balcony in the theatre.

FACILITIES FOR HEARING-IMPAIRED

The CAA (formerly the Panasonic) is equipped with infra-red listening systems for the benefit of the hearing-impaired. These systems require use of headsets which are available, free of charge, at the theatre coat-check counters. Please reserve a headset, as there are limited numbers, by calling calling Mirvish Subscriptions  at  416.593.0351, ext. 331 or email hwatson@mirvish.com at least 48 hours before your performance. Patrons borrowing headsets will be asked to leave a piece of photo ID or credit card (as a form of security deposit) which will be given back when the undamaged headset is returned, following the performance.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

We always strive to bring you the best theatre, however, due to the nature of live performance, all programs, artists, dates and venues are subject to change. All Subscription prices include an administrative fee. HST 10157 5884 RT0010. Off-Mirvish seating is based on the CAA (formerly the Panasonic) Theatre. Due to unforeseen circumstances, seat allocation may change without notice. All gross prices include $3.25 Capital Improvement Fund (CIF). New subscriptions are processed on a first-come-first-served basis after renewing subscriptions. All shows not part of the Subscription season, including bonus shows, include HST and CIF. Seating subject to availability. No refunds.

PAYMENT

We cannot process your Subscription renewal until full payment or partial payment is received by the payment deadline.There will be a $25 charge for any cheques returned from the bank without sufficient funds. For credit card payments the amount of your subscription will be charged to your account under “Mirvish Productions” upon receipt of your order. Cash payment can only be made in person at the Subscription Office, at which time a receipt may be obtained. Cash may be used as a full payment or as a deposit accompanied by a post-dated cheque.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $25 per seat cancellation fee will apply if a Subscription is cancelled after your first performance. In addition, you will be charged the regular Box Office ticket price on any tickets already used. All refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment, with the exception of cash payments, in which case a cheque will be issued.

MISSED SHOWS

Mirvish Subscriptions will do its best to accommodate Subscribers who miss their performance into a future performance of the same production and engagement. A $10, per ticket, replacement fee applies. Reseating is at the discretion of Mirvish Subscriptions and is subject to availability. There is no guarantee of replacing tickets for future performances.
