Ticketing Software Coordinator

This position reports to the Ticket Operations & Subscription Manager or designate and is part of the Ticketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining productions in Tessitura including but not limited to:
  o Price charts
  o Special offers
  o Discounts
  o Pricing Rules
  o Zone Maps
• Building and maintaining users in Tessitura.
• Building and maintaining permissions for users in Tessitura.
• Reads documentation to identify solutions to problems and fix issues.
• Tests potential solutions to issues in the staging environment.
• Logs issues with the Tessitura support desk and follows up on issues.

Qualifications:

• Aptitude and interest to quickly learn new technologies, methods, and processes.
• Experience working in the ticketing field preferably a performing arts organization.
• Experience using ticketing administration software, like Tessitura, is an added advantage.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A team member who can also work independently.
