OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Mirvish Productions is looking for Outbound Sales Representatives for its new, in-house telemarketing team. To ensure success as an Outbound Sales Representative, you should have strong customer service and sales experience and the ability to multitask in a comfortable work environment. Several positions are available.

Responsibilities:

• Makes outbound telemarketing calls to existing Mirvish ticket buyers (we do not cold call), to encourage patrons to purchase subscriptions.
• Learn details about the shows or packages being sold in order to effectively sell the offerings.
• Answers questions about shows, pricing, package details and other related information.
• Upsells patrons to other package offerings.
• Set up new patron accounts, access existing patron accounts, and manage sensitive patron data in ticketing system.
• Accurately and efficiently enters patron information into ticketing software to process orders.
• Processes credit card payments and troubleshoots any issues that may arise.
• Maintains working knowledge of shows and services sold.
• Contacts patrons in response to correspondence or feedback.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask frequently and in many instances update records in the ticketing system while talking with patrons.
• Always strive to make sales goals as set by management.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Past sales experience an asset.
• Past experience with Tessitura an asset.
