OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Mirvish Productions is looking for Outbound Sales Representatives for its new, in-house telemarketing team. To ensure success as an Outbound Sales Representative, you should have strong customer service and sales experience and the ability to multitask in a comfortable work environment. Several positions are available.
Responsibilities:
- Makes outbound telemarketing calls to existing Mirvish ticket buyers (we do not cold call), to encourage patrons to purchase subscriptions.
- Learn details about the shows or packages being sold in order to effectively sell the offerings.
- Answers questions about shows, pricing, package details and other related information.
- Upsells patrons to other package offerings.
- Set up new patron accounts, access existing patron accounts, and manage sensitive patron data in ticketing system.
- Accurately and efficiently enters patron information into ticketing software to process orders.
- Processes credit card payments and troubleshoots any issues that may arise.
- Maintains working knowledge of shows and services sold.
- Contacts patrons in response to correspondence or feedback.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask frequently and in many instances update records in the ticketing system while talking with patrons.
- Always strive to make sales goals as set by management.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Past sales experience an asset.
- Past experience with Tessitura an asset.
Starting Date: Immediately
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Toronto, Ontario (On-site)
Availability: Must be flexible to work days and evenings, Tuesday to Saturday, as scheduled. 35-40 hours per week.
Annual Salary: $18.50 per hour + financial incentives
