It is bad luck to complete a performance of a play without an audience, so the last lines of a play are never spoken during rehearsals. Actors will invite friends to be an audience for a final “dress rehearsal” to give them a chance to practice the play all the way through.

Tickets for all performances at the Royal Alexandra Theatre, the Princess of Wales Theatre, the Panasonic Theatre and the Canon Theatre - and for other special events for which TicketKing acts as agent - can be purchased online through this website, by telephone to TicketKing, or at the the theatre box offices. Please note that all tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to service charges that may vary from event to event. Service charges are the same online and by phone. There are NO service charges on purchases made at the box offices of the theatres.
