Tickets for all performances at the Royal Alexandra Theatre, the Princess of Wales Theatre, the Panasonic Theatre and the Ed Mirvish Theatre - and for other special events for which TicketKing acts as agent - can be purchased online through this website, by telephone to TicketKing, or at the the theatre box offices. Please note that all tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to service charges that may vary from event to event. Service charges are the same online and by phone. There are NO service charges on purchases made at the box offices of the theatres.
Tickets may also be purchased by cash, debit or credit card at venue box offices. There is no service charge.
TICKETKING, the Official Ticket Agent for the Mirvish Theatres, offers a secure server available for online transactions 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Online payments are by credit card only. TicketKing accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards. There are service charges for online orders that may vary with different events. Each ticket includes HST and a $3.25 CIF charge. All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges
The online system chooses best available seating for each performance. Patrons seeking specific seats, or requiring wheelchair or other special-needs seating are asked to please call TicketKing at either 416.872.1212 or 1.800.461.3333 for assistance in finding the best seating.
