	GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES Free, easy & flexible ticket exchange. Subscription tickets can be exchanged for the same production during the scheduled Subscription run at NO CHARGE, but must be exchanged a minimum of 2 business days prior to the date on your tickets. Tickets may be exchanged by phone or in person at any of the Mirvish Theatre Box Offices (please refer to the specific theatre as box office hours may vary), or at the Mirvish Subscription Office between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Ticket exchange is subject to availability. Due to privacy legislation, any requests for changes to your subscription MUST be made in writing and will not be accepted over the phone. Please note that the Canon Theatre and the Royal Alexandra Theatre have been deemed historic sites and to maintain the integrity of the buildings they are not equipped with electrical lifts of any kind. Cameras and recording equipment are prohibited inside the auditorium and must be checked at our lobby box office. In the interest of all patrons, latecomers and any persons leaving the auditorium will not be seated until a suitable break in the program. The management accepts no responsibility for the inconvenience and can make no adjustment on account of it. Due to the unique demands of some of the extraordinary incoming Productions there may be some reorganizing of our regular seating and scheduling. TICKETS, PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE & SEATING We will endeavor to provide the very best available seating according to your request. By returning your Subscription renewal form by March 1, 2007, your seats will be allocated before those of new subscribers. We regret it is not possible to discuss individual seating arrangements until all seating allocation is complete. Should you have any special seating requirements, such as handicapped seating, etc., please attach a separate note and return it with your form. We regret we cannot guarantee the exact seating you previously held as a subscriber. Due to the nature of live theatre, all programs, artists, dates, seating and/or venues are subject to change without notice. If a show has been cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, another show will be substituted. Sale of tickets on the premises other than by authorized staff is strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to refund the purchase price and refuse admission. Your use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgment of the willingness to appear in the photographs, motion pictures and videograms taken in public areas of the building and releases the hall, or its lessees and all other from liability resulting from use of such photographs, motion pictures and/or videograms. PAYMENT Please note: We cannot process your Subscription application until full payment, or a 50% deposit plus post-dated cheque dated July 31, 2007 or valid credit card for the remainder, is received and confirmed. Cheque: Please make cheques payable to Mirvish Subscriptions. There will be a $20.00 charge for any cheque returned by the bank. Credit Card: Visa/MasterCard/American Express payments will be charged to your account under "Mirvish Subscriptions" upon receipt of your order. Cash: Cash payments can be made in person only at the Subscription Office, at which time a receipt my be obtained. Cash may be used as a full payment, or as a deposit accompanied by a post-dated cheque. CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY Tickets are not subject for a refund or credit all sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable from one production to another. A $25.00 per seat cancellation fee will apply if a Subscription is cancelled. In addition, you will be charged the regular Box Office ticket price on any tickets issued. All refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment, with the exception of cash payments, in which case a cheque will be issued. The purchase of a Subscription Package acknowledges acceptance of the conditions of all the Mirvish Production Subscription Departments Policies and Procedures.
