All ticket prices online are in Canadian dollars and include tax and Capital Improvement Fund, where applicable.

Any tickets ordered ten (10) or fewer days in advance of a performance are held for pick-up at the venue. To pick up tickets, you must quote the order confirmation number and show the credit card with which the order was made. Tickets ordered more than ten (10) days in advance of a performance may be mailed to you or held for you as you prefer. The mailing address given with an online or telephone order must match the credit card-holder's billing address.

Patrons may conduct multiple ticket transactions during an online session using the shopping cart feature. In an effort to prevent anonymous bulk purchases by ticket brokers, online sales are limited to no more than ten (10) tickets per event, per purchaser, per 24-hour period. If you wish to purchase more than ten tickets to any event, please come to the box office or call Ticketking at either 416.872.1212 or 1.800.461.3333.

NOTE: Once you have completed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you within one business day. Print-at-home tickets, where available, are also emailed to you within one day. To ensure email from TicketKing reaches your inbox, please add tickets@ticketking.com to your email address book or spam filter permission list.

If you do not receive your confirmation email - or your print-at-home tickets - within one business day of placing your order, please call TicketKing at 416.872.1212 or 1.800.461.3333 - or email customerservice@ticketking.com - as soon as possible.

Internet orders are not complete until a confirmation number is issued.

There are service charges for telephone orders that may vary with different events. There is a $1 per ticket Special Theatre Modification fee. Each ticket includes GST and a $2.00 CIF charge. All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges.
